RE: Van Heusen shirt - from V.H. outlet store in Lancaster, PA - one sleeve had four holes, the other three
To whom it may concern: I bought my first French cuff dress shirt, in years. It was a Van Heusen shirt purchased at a Van Heusen outlet in Lancaster Pennsylvania.
Each sleeve is required to have four holes for the cuff links to pass through correctly and for the shirt sleeve to close properly. Unfortunate one sleeve had four holes and the other only three holes.
I have not returned the shirt to Lancaster, PA, as I live in Baltimore, MD. What's more, I never kept the receipt for the shirt, unaware of any problem with the shirt, until I had it about 6 months. I would like the shirt replaced. I would like a white shirt with French cuffs size 16 1/2 neck with 32/33 sleeves. Thanks in advance for your help,
Allan Dorsey PS. I would be happy to send the shirt back as proof of the problem.
