Bed room superstores, Tacoma, WA - $ 5000.00 bd.rm.set - delay in delivery, furniture damaged

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on July 19, 2002:

This all started At the Bed room superstores at the Tacoma Wa. store.

I wont go into the huge delay for delivery and the damaged furniture or Charlie Mansons brother that deliverd it but there is a charge that showed up on our bill for an extra 216.00 that the finace co. dose not know where it came from. The store manag. will not return our call nor will any higher up.

We had it removed once and that lasted for a few monthes now its backkkk and back to the no retuned phone calls.

We did a promotion were there is no payment due till 1.3 03 and if I have them pick it up , Iwill be charged 500.00. I spent 5000.000 with these stores and will tell any one stay away. Thanx. T.
