RE: Ivacare Electric Wheelchairs - trouble getting company to fix broken chairs

Three complaints. 1 in 3 chairs broke down within 3 months. It has been nearly impossible for elderly clients to get the company to fix the chairs. Attitude of those contacted is that the residents should not complain because they got the chairs free anyway. Medicare paid for it. The last two complaints may be because of the salesperson we delt with.
