First Capitol - took $ 189 from checking account - want contact information, and money back

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on July 17, 2002:

RE: First Capitol - took $ 189 from checking account - want contact information, and money back

First Capitol did an unauthorized ACH (Automatic Clearing House) Debit to my checking account on 06th June, 2002 for a Mastercard charge) causing an overdraft problem of $189.00. They owe me $189.00. Please assist me.

Their bogus phone numbers are 1-416-488-4664 and 1-800-787-1583. Please supply me with a legitimate address and phone number for First Capitol. Thanks
