Complaints.com received the following consumer message on July 15, 2002:

I would like to complain against Kinley water (Coca Cola) distribution.

I had ordered for 20ltr bottle on 8th and received the supply on 9th and i had told the the concerned person to give the refilling on every alternate day so that i can receive the supply on 11th but i am still waiting for the supply its been more than 5days now and every day i am calling their office and distributor but there is no reply from there side.

This is so shocking that company like coca cola provides such pathetic service and every time they give excuse that they have not received the supply of water from the company,i dont think any of the customer is bothered wether they have received the supply of water or not if they are paying money they expect service.

None of the staff is bothered to supply the water if they dont want to supply then they shoud shut down their company.I am sure if this is the kind of service they are going to provide then nobody would like to buy their product and they are not the only vendors th customer will go to another vendor their are dozens of vendors sitting in the market who ready to provide the service.

If i dont receive the supply today then i am going to take a strict action.

we purchaed a tub of ice cream from South EX at Subhi

there is no mention there that there is a scheme going on ... get a tub free with a purchase of a tub

the person selling did not offer the scheme and did not mention it unless asked about any scheme

train them better MOHITA

it seems the person selling wanted to take the tub home !!!!
