RE: 1999 Pontiac Grand Am - side door window fallen three times - needs new regular and motor

Pontiac 1999 Grand Am - Side Door Window has fallen three times! Called General Motors Dealership in Lynn, MA and they stated although it was serviced for this problem on May, 2001, it is not on warranty.

Car is now in reputable auto body shop and they state it needs new regulator and motor - cost without labor $250! Alternator replaced this weekend! Car has 42,000 miles.

Rubber around windows keeps losening and falls. It seems after you purchase the vehicle and although you keep up on servicing it, after 36,000 miles, it's just a piece of costly junk! Who do you contact for help???
