Regal Rug - bath rug washed in 2x cold water - woven strands pulled off with label - no rely to letter to Regal

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on July 14, 2002:

RE: Regal Rugs:

Letter was sent 4/18/02 regarding Regal bath rug 23 x 40" - 100% nylon - that was washed only 2x in cold water. The large label that was pasted on the back of the rug pulled off during the 2nd wash and with the label the woven strands of the rug were pulled out with it.

I wrote to Regal Customer Service, 819 Buckeye Street, North Vernon IN 47266 and requested a return lable so I could send the rug back to them for their inspection and a replacement. They never responded. I appreciate any help you can give.

The Attorney General is my next step.... Thank you.
