RE: Rowenta Iron - fell on carpet and plastic casking broke - offered no help from Rowenta
Hi Folks, Hoping you can help me. I bought a pricey Rowenta iron and it fell and the plastic casing broke on it. I tried writing Rowenta and calling them several times and they told me they don't cover this type of damage.
I have been ironing for almost 40 years. Ironing boards are not known for their stability, regardless this iron fell on a carpeted surface and even broke.....
This is the first iron that I have had break like this. They refused to help me. I own another Rowenta iron and their steamer. I don't know that I will ever purchase another product of theirs considering their poor backing of a product.
