Leidy's Meat, Philadelphia, PA - pork roast in three separate pieces - difficult to prepare for dinner guests

bought a 4 lb.10 oz Deluxe Pork Roast. It was shrinked wrapped from the company( Leidy's). When I opened it, it was in three (3) pieces. All three pieces were different sizes.

It was extremely difficult to prepare this for dinner guests.It was impossible to see this in the shrinked wrapped package. Thank you for your help
