Gevalia Kaffe - paid $ 10 and didn't receive product

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on July 13, 2002:

My compalint is about Gevalia Kaffe company.

They are just taking the costumer's money and not honoring their promotions. I sent a check for $10.00 in march 16 2002. I never got anything back from them.

I did call them an let them know that I never got my product. what they told me was to send a copy of my bank statement to show them that they actually cashed my check because they don't have record of that. I sent everything they ask me to.

Today is the 12 of july and still don't get anything. In top of that they keep sending me E-Mails for the same stupid promotion.
