RE: Sunbeam - electric blanket caught fire - blanket defective - would like to be reimbursed for fire damage My complaint is against the Sunbeam Corporation. My electric blanket caught fire, burned my bed and bedding, could have killed me if I had not awakened. Filed it with my insurance company and they are trying to get their money back from Sunbeam. The blanket was found to be defective. I would like to be reimbursed for my deductible and my belongings and mattress. Sunbeam is not taking care of this. I also found out that several more of these same blankets have caught fire. Carolyn Mitschke
