Spicers Boat City in Houghton Lake, MI - boat would not start after being winterized - 10 days to fix

Last year I bought a boat from Spicers Boat City in Houghton Lake, Michigan. I also bought about $500.00 worth of accessories as well. I also paid them to winterize my boat. When I tried to use it this year it would not start.

I called them to see if they could take a look at it to see if it was something simple to fix. They told me it would take at least 10 days to look at it and that it didn't matter if I bought it from them or not.

I couldn't believe the lack of service offered! I ended up taking it to another marina and they looked at it the next morning and had it fixed in 1 1/2 hours.
