If I had known when I placed my order with Sprint PCS for my cell phones that customer care/help with a live person would be a $3.00 charge, I would never have become a Sprint PCS customer.
Is Sprint PCS really that desperate financially that they have to resort to alienating their customers with this ridiculous charge?
As soon as my contract ends with SPRINT PCS, I plan to find another wireless company who knows the meaning of customer service. Also, I would never refer any of my family or friends to SPRINT PCS for their wireless needs.
