RE: KFC, Lake Charles, LA - popcorn chicken - about 1/4 of the container filled with crumbs I really enjoy the taste of KFC popcorn chicken, but every time I buy it at our mall location in Lake Charles, LA, there are a lot of crumbs at the bottom (about 1/4 to 1/3 of the container).
I cant help but think that it is a ploy to make money and cheat the consumer. I complained about this to the KFC website, and was hoping for an apology (nothing more), but they didnt even acknowledge my complaint. I find this kind of disregard for the customer unacceptable and I refuse to give them any further business. I urge others to do the same. It is time for consumers to quit getting screwed by big business.
