Re: On March 20th Mr. Rooter Plumbing (project supervisor Jeff Fennel) dug up my yard to replace a sewer line. That day they crumpled one of the poles that holds up my patio awning.
I have spoken to Jeff Fennel several times and also to Todd Lehr (manager). Both have denied that they damaged the pole, but have agreed to pay the $75 replacement cost. Jeff and Todd have told me that I would have the check by Friday---Well it hasn't arrived any Friday since I pointed out this problem in March.
