In my experience, horrible , Slow service , trying to get re-activated with 6 month old receiver.

 

Charging $5.00 month for purchased receiver was added after purchase and now after one broke down trying to get another replacement and then can not get them to answer the phone to activate it.

 

Have lost 3 weeks ability to watch tv from 2nd receiver location. Will probably go back to cable or ? I have never been run around by a company this badly before , - hold on phone for hours , etc. rude, obnoxious , holier than thow attitude.
