RE: 2001 Grand Am GT - tires make loud noise - dealer refuses to replace the tires
In February 2001, my fiance and myself purchase a brand new 2001 Grand Am GT. Since purchasing the car I have taken it back to the dealership on several occassions for the loud noise the tires make, I was told a message was out about the tires and numerous compliants had been made, but Pontiac refuses to replace the tires.
If you are driving while it is raining you will brake sudden because the sound is very similiar to a car with bad brakes. My question to Pontiac, what will it take for the company to replace my tires, my death. I have contacted a lawyer reference this since I don't I should be liable for the purschasing new tires.
