Wendy's - new salads - sour cream has been forgotten with salad in more than one Wendy's restaurant

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on July 9, 2002:

I have gone to Wendy's frequently since they have started offering the new salads. I can say without hesitation that every single time that I have gone, they have forgotten my sour cream.

It's like they don't even know what's in their own "NEW" products! This has happened at more than 1 Wendy's restaurant!
