RE: Bank of Montreal Interac cards - had to get 4 new cards in the past 4 weeks - unable to access account

 

In the past 4 weeks I have had to get 4 new interac cards. I go to use them, sometimes the first time and they are not able to be read by the machine.

 

I have to use my savings account at another bank and get charged service charges for each transaction because I cannot access my B of M account.

 

I live out of town and cannot be driving in each time the card does not work to get a new one! I am paying for s/c's as well as gas and the pain of standing in line at the bank! I have phoned the customer service line as well as complained numerous times to the bank tellers and get no satisfaction!
