Hi, I puchased a color inkjet cartridge for my printer. It came as a compatible cartridge. I didn't mind as long as it worked. I ordered ahead of time so I wouldn't run out. When I put it in the printer it didn't work. I put my old one in to see if it was my printer but that cartridge worked.

I emailed them 7 times without receiving any word back from them. I found an email for their sales dept. wrote to them and still haven't heard from them.

I am fed up I definitly would not recommend anyone to order from this site. I couldn't find a phone # but in one of the complaints I read about them she called with no luck. So it looks like I lose. This is wrong!!
