RE: Felco autolease for 1997 Ford Expedition - wanted 4 year, got 5 year truck lease

We had a 1997 ford expedition that boone ford sold us, we entered into what we were told was a 4 year lease agreement, but when felco autolease sent us our papers they said boone made a mistake that it really was a 5 year lease, we tried to get out of it but had no luck in doing so. then there was a write up in the papers 4-5 years ago about boone and felco bushing people in this matter and we were one of them.

We finally were down to the wire with our lease, we had 3 months left before we could turn in the truck I got permission to turn it in 2 months early from the felco company we still had to pay the termination fee and our 2 months of payments but we thought to be a fair trade off so we did that option.

We then purchased a truck from korum and they took our truck back to felco in lynwood like felco had requested. prior to turning it in we had changed the bracks put newer tires on the truck and cleaned it up so it looked great, we took the truck to several dealers before turning it in and asked, do you think felco will ding us on any thing when we turn it in and if so on what so we can fix it first they said the tires and possibly it being dirty so we cleaned it and replaced the tires.

the truck had 2 small cigarette burns in the passenger back seat, a tiny rip in the back passenger arm door a tiny dent in the hood which a bird dropped a clam on and made a tiny indention, and then they told me there are scratches on the out side of the truck which I believe are possible door dings or some thing I don't now, any way they colud not ding us on the miles on the truck because we were not over and really the interior was in great condition so we think this is there way of making extra money .

we did more than our fair share and refuse to pay them any more money they do not deserve any more considering almost every month our monthly bill was always different and they couldn't tell us why we fought with them constantly about this issue and finally we were just drained and now we would appreciate it if you could step in and tell them to go fly because we are done.

I did call them when we recieved this bill from them and andrew thebue refused me a supervisor and he also told me he could not break down the bill and tell me what every thing was for that we are being charged for that to me is b-s please help us. sincerely,

Mr. and Mrs. Contris
