Furniture, Lazy Boy poor quality loveseat purchased from Sofa Showcase

RE: sofa showcase ON OCT. 28, 2000 I PURCHASED A SOFA/BED AND LOVESEAT FROM SOFA SHOWCASE. I TOLD SALESMAN THAT I NEEDED A DURABLE COUCH AND THAT I HAD THREE CHILDREN. HE ASSURED ME THAT LAZYBOY WAS THE WAY TO GO, KNOWING THAT BRAND NAME I WENT WITH IT. FURNITURE WAS DELIVERED ON DECEMBER 7, 2000. AFTER THREE WEEKS FABRIC BEGAN TO SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR AND COUSHINS BEGAN TO FLATTEN. AFTER SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALLS A SERVICE TECH WAS SENT TO MY HOUSE, HE NOTED MY COMPLAINT AND SOFA SHOWCASE AGREED TO REPLACE COUSHINS ONLY,AND THAT THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR.
THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE THE FABRIC ON THE REST OF COUCHES OR REPLACE COUCH. SO I RECIEVED NEW COUSHINS, AND AGAIN AFTER A FEW WEEKS THEY BEGAN TO SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR. AGAIN I COMPLAINED. THE SERVECE TECH RESPONDED AND PREPAIRED A REPORT THAT WEAR IS NORMAL AND THAT I HAVE AN ACTIVE FAMILY! CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NO LONGER HELP ME. I THEN REALIZED THAT SOFA AHOWCASE HAD NOT DELIVERED A LAZYBOY IT WAS A ENGLAND CORSAIR COUCH, I COMPLAINED AND THEY SAID IT IS THE SAME THING AS LAZYBOY SO I CONTACTED LAZYBOY, THEY SAID I WAS MISLED BY SALESMAN AND THAT LAZYBOY MANUFACTURES ENGLAND CORSAIR.
I THINK WE KNOW WHY LAZYBOY DOESN'T PUT THERE NAME ON IT, BECAUSE IT IS A CHEAP COPY!! MY RECIEPT SAYS E/C LAZYBOY ON IT THEY NEGLECTED TO TELL ME WHAT E/C STOOD FOR.THEIR INTREST FREE FOR ONE YEAR PROGRAM IS NOTHING MORE THAN A CREDIT CARD THAT THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR. THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS IN CAHOOTZ WITH SOFA SHOWCASE, THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME WITH PROBLEM BECAUSE SOFA SHOWCASE TOLD THEM WEAR IS NORMAL AND ENGLAND CORSAIR IS LAZYBOY, THEY DID NOT CHECH THEY JUST TOOK THEIR WORD FOR IT!!! I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THIS MERCHANDICE AND WILL PROBABLY WIND UP IN COURT OR RUIN MY TRIPLE A CREDIT
