I recently downloaded information about the Gossamer Windward II ceiling fan

from the Solar Energy Site of the University of Central Florida. This

literature sated that" a 360 degree infrared motion sensor control

automatically activates the fan when anyone enters a room and always

remembers to turn it off when occupants are gone" I bought the Windward II model at Home Depot and have it installed in my

living room. I am pleased with the fan, except for the fact that it does

not automatically shut off as advertised and nothing in the instruction

booklet addresses this aspect of operation. Have I overlooked something

during the installation? Thank you for your help.
