RE: non receipt of rebate from prime peripherals
Hi
I am writing a rejoinder to my earlier complaint as
below.
I received my mail-in rebate yesterday,
coincidentently the very day i posted my complaint on
your site.
Hence would be obliged if you could retract the
complaint or post this as a rejoinder.
thanking you

RE: non receipt of rebate from prime peripherals
I purchased CDRs from office max with mail in rebate option about 5 months back and mailed in the rebate at that time. Unfortunately till now , about 5 months later, i have not received the mail-in rebate. Prime peripherals does not respond to any emails sent to them and the agent that handles the rebate, rebatehq, is impossible to contact as the phone is busy continuously and their web site is flawed so that it does not allow anyone to send in emails. I would strongly recommend to one and all to stay away from any products of Prime Peripherals. If they cannot honor a mail-in rebate do you think they would ever stand behind their product??
