Date: Saturday, July 21, 2001 07:02 AM The Barnes furnature chain in the Souther Maryland - Northern Virginia region has terrible customer service. We purchased an dinning room set for cash. It was delivered damaged. It took 3 weeks to get it replace. The new one was damaged and it's taking another 3 weeks to get it replace. Their store manager is an ass. The corporate office will not return our calls.
