RE: Complaint about BPC computers A few months back I found an ebay auction for a server tower case. I am not signed up with ebay, so I emailed the company directly and asked if I could buy direct. I believe the employee named Annette answered my message. She said no problem, send a money order for the cost and they would sell to me. About 2 days later I mailed a money order for it.
A week later I wrote back asking if it had been received. Paul wrote back and said my server case had been shipped out the previous day, and the tracking number had been emailed to me. No, it had not been. That account was working fine and I had been receiving messages for the past 2 days, so it was NOT sent.
I wrote back to Paul and I said there was no message sent, but please send my tracking number again. I asked for someone to send the tracking number to 2 email addresses this time. I didn't get a reply. After 2 days, I sent another email and asked again. Someone else answered this time and yet again I asked for the tracking number emailed to me.
From this point forward, I received a run around. Each person who wrote back could not send it to me. It was now only stored on one machine (what a crock) and NOBODY but the shipping lady could access it. What a bunch of liars.
After nearly 5 days, and 4 emails, someone else gave me a phone number and said to call Jean to get it. I finally went out of my way to call Jean who sounded like a mid to late 20 year old absolutely CLUELESS lady. She was arrogant and very short with me. What a surprise from a Christian based business. I have met many like her. Never ceases to amaze me.
Jean said the tracking number had been mailed to me. I told her that no, it had not been. That account works fine, and I asked for it to be sent to another account. She didn't have a reply. I got my tracking number from miss attitude and hung up.
Two days later my case arrived.
I emailed BPC computers back and told them I was very, very unhappy with their service. They made NO attempt to resolve my problem, would not get me the tracking number, and I had to call them for it. What an incompetent staff. I told them I should not have to go out of my way when I'm giving THEM business. At the end of my message I asked why I should do business with them again. Nobody replied.
I will never do business with BPC computers again. Oh and BTW, unless they have removed it, somewhere on their web page says "if you don't like the way we do business, don't buy from us." Not the exact wording, but theirs meant the same thing. Had I seen that before I ordered, I would have never even contacted them. What losers.

This customer was not a member of either PayPal or eBay which indicates he wasn't aware of the security issues facing customers and sellers alike. These rules were in place for his protection. Had he paid by credit card over the phone we could have given him the information, however he paid with money order. We send four tracking emails within 1 hour of processing the shipping label provided the customer includes his email address with money order. For all customers except this one it has been totally acceptable. Please consider the source when reviewing his complaint.
