i purchased a new kenmore range in feb 2001, it stopped working in june, the technician has been out to repair it 3 times but it still doesn't work, it has been out of action for 7 weeks now and i have been eating out, this has cost me approximatly $100 per week to date thats $700 the technician has been 3 times totaling 13 hours labour, the parts fitted so far are in excess of $350, so you must be out of pocket about $1000 and i am out of pocket $700 to date, today was free as i had to wait in until the restaurant was closed for your engineer to come at 8.30 pm.

 

it still does not work, when you call the call center, there are no supervisors to speak to and their supervisor is also unavailable, and yes their supervisor is not available, so now i'm realy pissed,

the engineer who came today says he will order yet another circuit board, the last took 24 days to arrive and the engineer took three days after that, so i am expecting to wait another 24 days for the board to arrive and another 7 days for an engineer after that,if he succeds in repairing it then, that will be a total of 78 days that i will have been without a stove, its a good job that i do not have a large family but still we have to eat at $10 bucks a day each( there's two of us) thats $1560.00 i've spent on restaurant food, i could have bought THREE ranges for that and $100 sears gift voucher doesn't realy compensate me does it!
