Internet Service Providers (ISP's) - AOL can't connect to access number area code 773

Complaints.com received the following e-message on July 16, 2001:

I cannot log on from 6:00pm to about 6:00am in the 773 area code. I have

complaint but get excuses. I am thinking about leaving AOL. I have

unlimited service and do not use it that often. Serious about leaving
