The bill was $207.Three times the amount of the higher plan. Calls disconnected in mid-stream had to call back to get disconnected again. Charged for each call back. They charge by the minute even if the disconnection happened after 30 seconds. This happened numerous times. When we got the new plan, we were not told that it meant another year contract.
