What we once so excited about has now become a total nightmare. Missing parts, waterlogged redwood panels and worst of all, it won't run! We are now weeks into this process and are awaiting the call from the service tech.

The electrician said that he's lucky if one out of three of these Jacuzzis start up when installed. And I was told that Jacuzzi was the brand to buy. Yikes! If I only knew then what I know now!
