RE: AHSservice.

Dear Sir, to whom it may concern,

back in Feb 2001 I had a proplem with two ceiling fans that were installed

not to code, you sent a man to fix them after I went to battle with your rep

on the phone , she said they were not covered, I had to show her in the

contract that they were, to make a long story short, he fixed one , and half

fixed the second, I had to get another electrician to come and do the job

right.

July 2001, I had a leak by my carport, I called and told I might have to wait

20mins, I went on line to www.ahsservice.com

I explained my problem, I got a e-mail back stating that i would be contacted by a plumber, Confirmation

Number. 41015302 the Plumber arrives says he has to call AHS and they say its not covered, he

wants an extra $80.00 to do the job, I already had paid him $ 35.00, I dont

think that I should have to pay him $35.00 for something that AHS did wrong,

I know its $ 35,00 for a service call when he does the job, but I did not ask

him to come to my house, YOU did, if it was not covered then YOU should have

told me in the e mail or phoned me and that would have been that, but NO you

sent a plumber for something you knew was not covered, it stated in your e

mail to me that its 35.00 per repair, I got no repair, it also stated that

the leak was at my Carport, that alone should have trigured something, have

you ever seen a Carport inside a house, I think you owe me $35,00
