Warranty Gold Auto Services, Other From: Date: Thursday, July 12, 2001 02:32 PM "Warranty Gold", Austin TX, took 1600.00 and signed me up for an extended warranty on a 97 Mercedes. Their Claims processor on my contract Int'l Dlr Svcs, Mitchel Field, NY, had no record of my contract although they were listed on my agreement.
After complaining to Sales mgr, Joe Larue I was switched to IWMC procwssors in Colorado. They claim to reimburse by AMEX only, as opposed to my contract and the Warranty Gold web site. This company is obviously cash poor and intent on limiting service and still "selling hard". AVOID!
