Internet Services, e-mail - Mail.com unable to logon for 2-3 weeks

Complaints.com received the following e-message on July 11, 2001:

Hello Can I expect some help from mail.com especially their Email service for mail.india.com (accounts with india.com) I am simply looking to log on to my Email account but I have not been able to do it for last 2-3 weeks. I have written several Emails to their contact teams but no response. It may be a simple password reset or restoring the previous version problem. Can I get someone to respond from that company. Does that company care? -Rajesh
