MCI customer service is dead. Dead and decomposed. I cannot reach anyone at their toll number to inquire about my billing which I have not received and my account continues to increase as I do not wish to send payments into la-la land. Their recordings always say that "due to an over-whelming response to their product, they are unable to assist at this time. Try your call later."
WHEN & HOW can I get this issue resolved. I like the phone but can't seem to get the account straightened out because they are so BUSY, they can't even mail out the billing statements. Sign me "Disgruntled in Kansas"
