From: Email User RE: apex dvd home surround sound - Digital HRM_100W - dvd player stopped working after about 3 months I purchased my apex surround sound thearter at walmart a few months ago.The first problem that I had was the remote it did not work.I went to walmart and they had no more apex Digital HRM_100W .After about an hour of waiting for the walmart manager to finally get an answer on the 900 number and another 30 minutes for someone to talk to they were able to get me a new remote.

 

However the company wanted me to call and ship back the unit and wait another 3 weeks before I could even use my remote!What walmart did was they had to order another unit by over nite express. Now after having my apex DigitalHRM_100w for about three months the dvd player stopped working all together. I went to their web site and posted my problem it said it would post an answer in 72 hours. Well They never answered my question.

 

Now every time I call the 900 number at my expense the phone is either buzy or the answer is our buisness hours are blah blah.no one has called me back.what is my next step?I don't think I should be stuck with this piece of ##$778 .200.00 is a lot of money to throw away!!!!!! Has any one else ever had a problem with this product?
