Atlantic Circulation Inc, Mountville, PA - paid for, but didn't receive Vibe magazine order

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on January 7, 2003:

I would like to post a complaint against Atlantic Circulation Inc. 2 College Ave. P.O. Box 448 Mountville, PA. I placed an order for a subscription to Car Craft magazine in October of 2002 via two young girls who stated that they were involved in a subcribtion contest.

The main girl was a Hillary Dauhil #089 and she took my check for $57.00 and stated that I would receive my magazine in 4-6 weeks. I have attempted to call them and it is busy all the time. I advise anyone dealing with Atlantic Circulation Inc. to beware of being scamed. Is there any federa or state agency I can make a complaint to? Sincerely, Brian Heilmann
