RE: AOL - tried to cancel - got sales pitch instead - received rude treatment from AOL Aol internet service. I try to cancel and got hassles from three customer service representatives. I was repeatly told the same thing that I just heard from the previous rep. I had told them why I want to cancel. Then I got a sales pitch. I don't want to hear any sales pitch. All I wanted was to cancel my service. Because they was so rude, my blood pressure went up.

I would appreciate it if you would tell your customer reps to stop asking people questions and complete their request. I would like a refund for the time, that I won't use. If my account is not terminated, I will go to my bank put a stop on this draft. I don't deserve to be treated this way.
