Silkies Pantyhose - billed $ 13.68 for pantyhouse not ordered nor received

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on January 6, 2003:

RE: Silkies Pantyhose - billed $ 13.68 for pantyhouse not ordered nor received

To whom it may concern:

I keep receiving bills in the mail and letters saying that I have not paid the $13.68 that I owe.

This price is for pantyhose that I never even ordered OR received. Therefore, I refuse to pay this bill.
