premier one master card - paid $ 174.90 for Master Card that was not as expected - want money back

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on January 6, 2003:

RE: premier one master card - paid $ 174.90 for Master Card that was not as expected - want money back On june 5. 2002, $174.90 was withdrawn form my account by Premier-one. After discovering this Master Card was not what I had expected (very misleading by the company) I requested that the money be deposited back in my account.

It is now January 6,2003 and still on money. I have written several letters and have made several phone calls, copied bank statements, sent registered mail even contacted the Attorney Generals Office in Indiana and still no money.

This company should be prosicuted for theft after reading all the complaints. the Attorney Generals Office will mediate the complaint (big deal-they should be doing a lot more). I feel that they have stolen money from myself and several others. I have now filed with small claims court hoping to get my money back!
