Dear Sir, I am forwarding this complaint to inform you how the Sansui India in working and they are not in position to give after sale service. They just take 2 months to clear a complaints

Regds Ratna This is regarding a CTV problem. I have purchased a CTV brand “SANSUI” Model # 1414 COMBI CTV on 17.03.2002.through its dealer M/S. NAVRANG, LAXMI NAGAR, VIKAS MARG, NEW DELHI. vide BILL # 4234 dtd.17.03.2002.the TV started giving problem after 3 months from the purchase date. First of all its sound (speaker) did not work which was replaced after 1
