RE: Jenn-air gas-electric grill- range - oven light and fan occasionally turn on when appliance is not in use
The oven-light and convection oven-fan mysteriously occasionally blink on when we are not using the appliance.
Everything else seems to work. Is there a wiring/safety problem, loose switch, or faulty control panel?

I have replaced the relay board but the problem still exists. What can I do to fix this? They had to replace the master switchboard which retails for about $600. Joe Sparks is the Safety Correspondence Specialist at JennAir that made this happen. We were very happy with the responde time and result. No one had been operating it and at one point, it wouldn't even let me cancel it. PLEASE tell me what to do. I am afraid that it will catch fire, like some others have experienced with this gas/electric stove!
