AOL - trouble using account - getting kicked offline - since upgrading to AOL v8.0

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on January 4, 2003:

I have always paid my account, so it is not from that. I get kicked off all the time and a pop up box comes up to reconnect press now . This happens all the time, it seems like it all started when I downloaded 8.0. Please let me know what I can do. I went on the aol auto fix and that did not work. Thanks Tammy
