HP deskjet 656c - plagued with problems - gone for maintenece 3 times in the past 8 months

dear sir, i have been a regular user of the hp deskjet printers for the past 4 years - i had upgraded to hp deskjet 656c in the recent past ( serial no : TH1CK170XY" , purchased from m/s pixel infosystem pvt ltd, lucknow on 25th

april 2002 , vide bill no: 2036 ). however, ever since, the printer has been plagued with problems and has gone for maintenence / servicing 3 times in the past 8 months !!!( attended to by m/s redington india pvt ltd, lucknow ) needless to say, this has caused a lot of problems to me ,as all my official work used to come to a standstill due to the printer not working.this has also caused me financial loss for not being able to deliver reports in time to my clients, and had to seek alternative means. my agony continues as the printer has again stopped printing from today ( 4th jan 2003 ) for no apparent reason !! frantic calls have been made to pixel systems, but no one has attended to it so far.hence, i am forced to lodge this complaint and register my dis-satisfaction over the quality of product and after sales services. i am highly disappointed to see such poor standards/service network from a world class company such as hp - if such a trend continues, i am sure loyal customers such as myself will soon start switching over to canon / compaq / epson. kindly look into the matter immediately and arrange for the replacement of the defective printer by a new printer as soon as possible. kindly acknowledge receipt of this message. best regards mr c.k.johari
