RE: Premiere One - www.premier-one.org - paid for credit card that is not received - paid for other things that were not wanted

On June 30th Bridget from Premiere One (1-866-892-6017) called and offered me a Master Card with a $2500 limit, no fee, and 0% interest. I asked how could they offer a MC with no interest and he said that for a one time fee of $174.90 that I would get the card and that was how Premiere was able to offer this card. He told me that I would be getting $14.95 in benefits and a cell phone with service for 49.00 a month. If I didn't want the cell phone I just needed to cancel. We set up for the money to be paid to Premiere One on July 15th and I would receive my card by July 31st. Ater the money was taken out of my account and I didn't receive anything I called them to find out what the scoop was. I was told that I should have received it by the 24th and that they would send me out another one. When that one didn't come I called them back and found out that they had mislead me. Also I contacted MC and they told me they were not affiliated to Premiere One in any way. I went on the internet

(premier-one.org) and they do have a web page. They said that once they got the fax my money would be refunded within 48 hours. Well, needless to say the fax would not go through. It was continuously busy. I tried three different fax machines at various times and it always showed a busy signal. I called customer service and explained what happened and was told that was their policy and just keep trying until it went through. I told them that I shouldn't have to wait all day long for a fax to go through. I was told that was their policy and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they were all busy and couldn't come to the phone. I told her that my letter would get there

before I could get a fax there and was told that the fax was the only way I could get my money within 48 hours. Otherwise, I wouldn't get it for several weeks. Then I found out that $54.09 was taken out of my account and when I called the number listed on the statement (1-866-873-7500) I found out it was a company called ePhone Telecom. I tried many times to get in touch with them but kept getting an announcement saying that all representatives were busy with other customers and to leave my name, phone #, etc. and they would get back with me. Well, I never received a phone call, so I went to their web site (www.ephonetelecom.com) and left several e-mails with them. Never heard from them. I called Premiere again and they said I had agreed to get ephone service and they had it on tape. I told them I was told it was for a cell phone not ephone. I would like every penny of my money from both of these companies returned.
