Complaints.com received the following consumer message on January 29, 2003:

This is a complaint about a business Called Atlantic Circulation INC. This business is a door-to-door magazine subscription business. I subscribed to 3 years worth of magazines for Cosmopolitan. After waiting 4 1/2 months to recieve my first magaizine, they sent me the wrong magazine.
After calling to inform them of their mistake, they told me they dont issue Cosmopolitan subscriptions. So what did I sign up for?
I signed a paper saying I agreed to the terms of a 3 year subscription of COSMOPOLITAN, not some other magazine.
I've called them several times, and went through the proceedure they asked me to go through in order to recieve a full refund.... still after an additional 4 months, I am recieving the WRONG magazine, and have yet to recive my refund.
