Hi there I just bought one of these trucks a month ago w/4x4 as I work as a foreman at a heavy equip.co.Yesterday on the way to work I dropped the #8 cyl. as the air cleaner box was stuffed with mud, leaves etc.

What a dumb place to put the air duct.I have a K&N air cleaner system with a restrictor gauge attatched, but it did little good as the force of the mud, water, leaves, etc broke the air intake for the turbo. The estimated cost for repairs is at $11,000 for a new 7.3 ltr. engine.

Imagine, taking a 4x4 off road & getting it dirty.Just paid $19,000 for this truck, got no choise but to make repairs & modify the STUPIDIST AIR BOX INTAKE EVER DESIGNED!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for listening,

Dan Colvard
