RE: MSN Online Billing - charged for services never used I have noticed from the complaints about msn online billing that I am not the only one that has had problems with charges being posted to my credit card account without my knowledge. Of course the billing department as well as their supervisors told me that when I signed up for 1 year free access to this service, if I did not call and cancel after the free period of service, I would be automatically billed on my credit card. Well, I wonder how many people in the years time will get on high speed cable and no longer use MSN and forget to contact them and cancell their service? To make a long story short, If this happens to you, based on my personal experience, be prepared to get the run-around from anyone you talk to, that is if you can stand to wait at least 15 or 20 minutes to talk to someone. Here is a FAX number and an address that I was given to try to get part of my money back for services that I never used: Fax 1-888-747-5857 Investigating Builling MSN Internet Access
