Cannot get service. Part is on national back order, could be 14 days or so and then the appointment has to be scheduled for a repairman after the part has come in.
There is a part here in the warehouse that our service gets its parts from but for some reason we have to go out and pick the part up, which will take probably an hour and a half, in order to get the unit repaired by today or tomorrow. Maytag's service has put the burden on their customer.
