I purchased a home network kit directly from D Link.

 

For the most it worked great till the hub quit working. I obtained an RMA # and sent it back for repairs and received the repaired unit back with in 3 weeks and a replaced power unit. About 2 months later it quit working co I called and obtained another RMS and sent it back.

 

This was in early October of 2002. Since then I have called them 4 times, was hung up on twice, placed on hold for almost 45 min. and the fourth time I actually talked to a human.

 

I was told a new replacement would be shipped to me the next day, this was December 2nd. It's now Jan. 2nd and no HUB. I called twice today and not getting any answer, I e-mailed them for the 6th. time....Seems that no matter what action you try you still get no response.....They were kind enough to take my money for their product you'd at lease think they could respond.....
