Please Enter Your HCI Account Number:100825142-9 I am Mr, not Mrs Louis Hupp. I have no need for pantyhose or any panty product. I returned a previous

invoice with a hand-written notice that I did not receive any shipments from you and want this account

to be credited accordingly and cancelled.

Please honor my same request this time in response to your second invoice dated 12-27-2002.
